The wiper
Things I have wiped today (and it isn't even 9 a.m.)(note: inspired by a funny Christmas card letter from the Prof. and MA)
Spitup
2 bottoms
Counter with syrup
Milk off the floor
Tears (a few times, mine included)
Noses
Counter with toothpaste on it
Mirror with toothpaste on it
Bathroom floor (don't ask)
Parents get to be good at wiping!
Wiping tools are equally important: burp cloths, corner of baby blanket, dishtowels, paper towels, baby wipes, toddler wipes, disinfecting wipes, handi wipes, tissues. Costco here we come!

3 Comments:
afton is in a strong pancakes and syrup phase so i'm constantly wiping up syrup. patrick never fails to sit in the place where i missed the syrup and gets in on his forearm then smells like it the rest of the night! syrup is worse than spit up.
syrup question for you both:
do you buy real maple syrup?
i just bought some a couple weeks ago (expensive!) and it's so much better than the fake sugary stuff. and i feel better about it too. but does everyone just spend that much on syrup? the bottle was gone in 2 weeks!
No, we go through it so quickly that we buy imitation. My kids have a brand preference, aunt jemima. Crazy that at this young of an age they prefer certain brands!
