A theory
Do they deliberately pack the last 2 weeks of school with events so that you will be relieved rather than sad when everything ends?I think I will be so relieved to not rush here and there that maybe I won't want to cry my eyes out when Monday, June 25 rolls around when I am on my own with 4 kids home all day.
Mostly I will cry though because it's been a wonderful year. The teachers have been amazing. The children have learned and grown. I am sad to see it end.
