Matthew goes to the hospital
Well, Matthew has had an interesting week. He spent last Tuesday through Thursday in the hospital. Tuesday morning he was diagnosed by our new ENT with sinusitis and cellulitis. Here he is waiting to be admitted to the hospital. He needed to be on IV antibiotics for 48 hours. It was a very interesting time for our family. Mark took off work so we could alternate caring for the other kids and being at the hospital. Matthew was a super trooper and handled all the proceedures and long hours very well. He is awesome at checkers! We are so grateful he is home and he is finally at school today. What a good boy. We just have to go to the dentist tomorrow to make sure nothing is wrong with his teeth--he has a gum ulcer, a kanker sore on his gum basically. Oh it's been rough but he held it together well. Mom is still recovering!
